The purpose of a physical is to get a  comprehensive outline of your personal health and evaluate your risks to common, serious, ailments at different stages of life.  You will also learn natural preventative measures you can take for these higher risk ailments such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s.

In addition to a thorough history, physical exam, and labs, you can expect:

  1. A basic nutritional review – keep up to date
  2. A comprehensive body scale analysis: wt., fat percentage, & muscle mass
    - general health status – better than a BMI
  3. A basic lung capacity analysis – still the best way to determine general health and longevity
